I've spent years learning how to care for a body in transition—through injury and disconnection into recovery and healing. I know what it's like to feel out of place in a typical class or overwhelmed by too much wellness advice. That's why I offer something different: practical, empowering support, grounded in experience and real life.
My background weaves together yoga, meditation, bilingual education, working in tech as a product designer and manager, eating disorder recovery, and a lot of dancing, learning, and unlearning along the way.
This work is personal— I'm here to meet you with care, skill, and full respect for your journey.
